Our company, which specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of elevators, is seeking a Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with labor and environmental legislation, developing and monitoring relevant procedures, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with current EHS and environmental legislation.

• Prepare and update Occupational Risk Assessments.

• Organize and conduct internal audits and inspections.

• Manage incidents and accidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.

• Train personnel on safe work practices and environmental awareness.

• Provide EHS support for elevator installation and maintenance projects to ensure safe work execution.

• Collaborate with relevant authorities and maintain appropriate documentation records.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or Health & Safety / Environmental disciplines.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the technical or construction sector.

• Good knowledge of relevant Greek and European legislation.

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Desired Qualifications:

Safety Technician and/or PPE Trainer Certification.

Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
