A senior position in the QA Analyst track. An employee holding this position is most likely to be a QA Analyst with a considerable backdrop of professional experience in the quality assurance across the SDLC.
An IC3 Senior QA Analyst is expected to be able to turn their hand to engage in all areas of the software testing lifecycle from requirements capture, analysis and test case design , test execution and ongoing support of test cases. They are expected to be able to apply professional experience of QA software testing concepts and processes to input into key strategic decisions in the realm of technology and QA. They are expected to provide mentorship and support to more junior members of the function.
Should be well familiar with test case management tools (eg. TestRail), workflows, dashboards and any integration with ticket management tools like JIRA, Confluence & CI/CD tools.
