We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to join Sportcast, a leader in sports betting player engagement. As the primary operational owner of Sportcast's products, you will drive day-to-day interaction with internal and external stakeholders to define innovative product and trading solutions.

Your product management knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and passion for building impactful products will be critical as you maintain Sportcast's product roadmap, create concept documents, business and use cases for new services, features, and functions to support client demands, growth strategies, and profitability targets.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as primary product expert and evangelist 

• Develop and manage a data-driven pricing product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on customer value, market opportunities, and internal efficiencies. Work closely with our engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery

• Lead a team of product owners and coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from internal and external stakeholders 

• Support sales and product through leading the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral 

• Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competition and maintain technical analysis of our product’s strengths and weaknesses 

• Coordinate UAT testing of new products and features 

• Own a complete syllabus of client-facing documentation for customer onboarding and usage, with multiple contributors

• Work with the development team leads to architect and develop proactive and innovative journeys in the betting space 

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in an enterprise software or gaming/betting company

• Proven track record of owning and shipping successful products from concept to launch. You are comfortable with the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery and iteration. You can demonstrate strategic thinking and a commercial mindset.

• World-class written and verbal communication skills are essential. You can confidently and clearly articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences, from engineers to C-level executives and international customers. You are a natural relationship builder.

• A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer problems. You are adept at conducting customer interviews, gathering feedback, and translating it into actionable product requirements.

• A team player who can effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams that include development, trading, quantitative modeling, support, and sales to achieve shared goals
