The Goal

What you’ll be doing

• Break down, define, and prioritize user stories and technical tasks for each sprint. 
• Clearly communicate product backlog items, and order the backlog to maximize business value. 
• Ensure seamless integration with our payment gateway provider for subscription management and financial reporting.  
• Attend daily and ad hoc team meetings to ensure the engineering team is working efficiently and on the right items. 
• Create and maintain product documentation and user manuals. 

Collaboration: 

• Work closely with your Product Manager and other PMs to identify and address gaps, issues, and dependencies, and use data-driven methods to collect feedback. 
• Collaborate with the Design team and UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging customer experiences.  
• Cross-department collaboration (Operations, Marketing, Legal, etc) to remove impediments and blockers for the Product you will be working on. 

Focus

• Proper user story breakdown with complete description and fully defined acceptance criteria. 
• Maintaining a data-driven product roadmap, with prioritized features based on user impact, revenue potential, and feasibility. 
• Leading efficient Product Backlog Refinement sessions.  
• Representing the interests of the users and stakeholders to the development team.   

The Player

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of experience in managing business scope for agile digital product development. 
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, and Kanban. 
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry or B2C SaaS/DaaS products. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority. 

Nice to haves

• Understanding of industry trends, SaaS best practices, and new technologies to drive product innovation. 
• Demonstrable experience with BDD. 
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
