What you'll do
- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable, secure Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
- Optimize infrastructure for high availability, disaster recovery, and performance globally
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for rapid software delivery
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Collaborate with developers to integrate IaC into software development lifecycle
- Enforce security best practices including identity management and network policies
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Design monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve platform issues
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis for critical incidents
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business goals
- Evaluate new cloud technologies and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Microsoft Azure platform services including Container Apps and Virtual Machine Scale Sets
- Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline design and release management
- Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and modular code practices
- PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting for automation and tooling
- Monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Datadog
- Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipeline design best practices
- Networking and security best practices including compliance audits
- Disaster recovery and high-availability infrastructure design
- PostgreSQL experience
