As a Waiter at ORA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional table service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience. You will act as a knowledgeable ambassador of Ettore Botrini’s cuisine, guiding guests through the menu and pairing recommendations while maintaining One&Only’s world-class hospitality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide elegant, efficient, and personalized service to guests.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to offer expert recommendations.

• Guide guests in selecting food and beverage pairings, enhancing their dining experience.

• Maintain a polished and professional presence, ensuring that every guest feels valued and attended to.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and precise service.

• Uphold restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards, including table settings and mise en place.

• Handle guest requests, special dietary needs, and any issues with grace and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment, supporting colleagues when needed.

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a fine dining, luxury hotel, or Michelin-starred restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, fine dining etiquette, and wine pairings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-focused approach.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

• Well-groomed, polished, and professional appearance.

• Fluent in English; additional languages (Greek, French, or Italian) are a plus.

• A passion for exceptional hospitality, teamwork, and continuous learning.
