What you'll do
- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
- Organize table settings and keep tables clean and tidy
- Maintain pleasant interaction with guests
- Report for duty punctually in full uniform meeting grooming standards
- Follow directions from Waiter/Waitress to ensure exceptional guest service
- Cooperate with serving staff and kitchen department to ensure quality services
- Keep workstation organized and stocked for Waiter/Waitress and guests
- Follow strict hygiene procedures and Food & Beverage regulations
- Handle all equipment and supplies
- Perform any side-work as requested
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- English language proficiency
- Table setting organization and maintenance
- Adherence to hygiene and Food & Beverage regulations
- Uniform and grooming standards adherence
- Cooperation with Waiter/Waitress and kitchen staff
- Equipment and supplies handling

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Organize table settings and maintain tables dirt-free and tidy
Always maintain pleasant interaction with guests
To report for duty punctually, in full uniform according to appearance and grooming standards
Follow directions from the Waiter/Waitress to ensure exceptional guest service
Constructively cooperate with other serving specialists and the kitchen department to reassure quality of services
Preserve the workstation organized and stocked to better accommodate the needs of the Waiter/Waitress and of our guests
Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food & Beverage regulations
To be responsible for handling all equipment and supplies.
Perform any side-work as requested
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant or catering institution with recognized high standards.
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of English
Experience with Micros is a plus
Experience in a luxury resort would be an advantage but not a requirement.
