About the job
Onassis Foundation is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the Public Onassis Schools, working closely with public institutions and educational partners.
In this role he/she will be responsible for the management and coordination of educational activities and training/professional development programs.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of training and professional development programs for educators within the Public Onassis Schools network
- Coordinate the smooth operation of scientific clusters, handling logistics with efficiency and precision
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with the Ministry of Education to ensure timely execution of scheduled activities
- Collaborate with the 12 Public Onassis Schools to manage requests related to extra-curricular and Onassis Network activities
- Plan and oversee outreach activities in partnership with school administrators and local authorities
- Manage logistics coordination to ensure the successful execution of educational initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 2+ years of working experience in project management, preferably in educational or non-profit environments. Prior involvement in educational programs or collaboration with public sector entities is considered a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both the English & the Greek Language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving ability with a focus on efficiency and timely delivery
- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
