What you'll do
- Ensure materials, processes, and workmanship comply with project specifications, designs, standards, and contractual requirements
- Prepare, review and manage quality documentation including Material Approval Requests, Inspection and Test Plans, Material Inspection Requests, and Work Inspection Requests
- Coordinate site inspections and quality checks with laboratory, PMO and construction teams to ensure timely approvals
- Verify that site activities follow approved drawings, technical specifications, and Inspection and Test Plans
- Manage quality-related submissions, approvals, revisions, and records through Aconex ensuring accurate document control
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, designs, codes, standards, and approved materials and methodologies
- Monitor Non-Conformance Reports and follow up on corrective actions supporting quality assurance procedures on site
- Coordinate laboratory and in-situ testing activities ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards and Inspection and Test Plans
- Track test results, certificates, inspection reports, approvals and survey reports through Aconex maintaining complete project quality records
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Quality assurance/control in construction or engineering projects
- Familiarity with Aconex or similar document management systems
- Interpretation of technical specifications and drawings
- Inspection procedures and preparation of Inspection and Test Plans

Responsibilities
Ensures that materials, processes and workmanship comply with project specifications, approved designs, applicable standards and contractual requirements.
Prepares, reviews and manages quality documentation, including Material Approval Requests (MARs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
Coordinates site inspections and quality checks in collaboration with the laboratory, PMO and construction teams, ensuring timely approvals of works and materials.
Verifies that site activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and ITPs.
Manages quality-related submissions, approvals, revisions and records through Aconex, ensuring accurate document control and traceability.
Ensures strict compliance with project specifications, designs, codes, standards, and approved materials and methodologies.
Monitors Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), follows up on corrective actions and supports the implementation of quality assurance procedures on site.
Coordinates laboratory and in-situ testing activities, ensuring that testing frequency, scope and reporting comply with project specifications, standards and ITPs.
Tracks test results, certificates, inspection reports, approvals and survey reports through Aconex, maintaining complete and up-to-date project quality records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within construction or engineering projects
Familiarity with Aconex or similar document management systems
Proficient in interpreting technical specifications and drawings
Very good knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
Strong knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, and material submittals
Competencies
