During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position: 

                                      Power BI Specialist 

                                   for our Sales Department 

                               based in our headquarters in Kifisia 

As a Power BI Specialist, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, empowering Olympic Brewery’s teams to make informed, strategic decisions. You will design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and usability. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will gather and interpret reporting needs, integrate complex data from multiple sources, and create dynamic dashboards that track activity, trends, and projections. Your mission is to provide the right tools and insights to drive performance and keep us ahead in a competitive market. 

What you will be doing: 

• Develop and maintain the Business Intelligence (BI) reporting system, including delivering new reports, monitoring report performance and usage. 
• Work with stakeholders to gather and interpret reporting requirements, ensuring BI solutions meet organizational needs. 
• Develop and maintain tools to integrate data from multiple sources, collaborating with the IT team. 
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights on activity, trends, and projections for strategic decision-making. 

What we are looking for 

• BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field 
• MSc will be considered an advantage 
•  3+ years of experience in Power BI development 
• Strong understanding of data modelling and visualization 
• Experience in DAX and Power Query 
• Knowledge of SQL and other database technologies for data retrieval 
• Knowledge of data governance and data security practices 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure is a plus 
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions 
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral 
• Ability to work, both, independently and as part of a team 
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills 
• Dynamic, self-driven, and & oriented personality 
• Ability to manage multiple projects & priorities
