About the job
As a Business Operations & Procurement Specialist, reporting directly to the CDE Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to the effective management of CDE (Cold Drink Equipment) investments and procurement activities, combining financial analysis, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support business projects, drive cost optimization opportunities, and ensure smooth execution of procurement and operational initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Monitor budgets, CAPEX investments, and financial performance, providing insights to support decision-making
Manage procurement activities, from supplier evaluation and negotiations to purchase order execution and follow-up
Build strong supplier partnerships and support contract and performance management processes
Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance against agreed KPIs, and support contract management activities
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business reviews and decision making
Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to successfully deliver CDE projects and initiatives
What we are looking for
BSc in Business Administration/Finance/Economics
MSc or MBA considers to be an asset
At least 2- 3 years of experience within an analytical function (controlling, sales support, sales administration and analysis etc.
Prior experience with ERPs, CRMs and BI tools
Proficient in MS Office; especially in excel
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
Drive and results orientation mindset with a proactive approach
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Commercial and business understanding
Technical and financial acumen with the ability to connect business needs with cost considerations
Communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
Good planning, organization, and project management skills with a structured way of working
