About the job
Olympia Electronics is hiring a Regional Sales Manager Balkans
Your daily responsibilities:
Main duties:
Develop sales in the assigned region by supporting the existing client base and seeking new partnerships
Manage and monitor orders, resolving any issues that arise
Participate in trade shows and exhibitions
Contribute to goal setting, monitor sales performance, and ensure target achievement
Prepare reports using the company’s CRM system
This position reports to the International Sales Director
Are you the one we’re looking for? Let’s see the essentials:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
Excellent written and spoken English and Serbian skills
Excellent command of MS Office
Willingness to travel (at least 25% of the time)
