The responsibilities of the Waiter/Waitress include welcoming and serving the guests, providing detailed menu information, multi-tasking in the restaurant hall, and collecting/charging the bill. The tasks should be performed at a fast pace. The Waiter/Waitress should be courteous to guests and ensure they enjoy their meals. The Waiter/Waitress should also be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Essentially, it is the Waiters’ duty to provide an absolutely impeccable dining experience to our guests.
