What you'll do
- Design and oversee the operation of all hotel food service areas
- Lead, train, and evaluate the F&B department staff
- Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
- Monitor budgets, revenues, costs, and profitability of the department
- Control supplies, orders, and inventory to reduce losses and food cost
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to update and shape menus
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) and related legislation
- Manage customer complaints and implement actions to improve hospitality experience
- Coordinate the organization of receptions, conferences, and special events
- Collaborate with other hotel departments for smooth business operation

About the job
Ο F&B Manager:
Σχεδιάζει, οργανώνει και επιβλέπει τη λειτουργία όλων των χώρων εστίασης του ξενοδοχείου.
Ηγείται, εκπαιδεύει και αξιολογεί το προσωπικό του τμήματος F&B.
Καταρτίζει προγράμματα εργασίας και διασφαλίζει την επαρκή στελέχωση.
Παρακολουθεί τους προϋπολογισμούς, τα έσοδα, τα κόστη και την κερδοφορία του τμήματος.
Ελέγχει τις προμήθειες, τις παραγγελίες και τη διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, με στόχο τη μείωση των απωλειών και του food cost.
Συνεργάζεται με τον Executive Chef για τη διαμόρφωση και ανανέωση των μενού.
Διασφαλίζει την τήρηση των προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων (HACCP) και όλων των σχετικών νομοθετικών απαιτήσεων.
Διαχειρίζεται παράπονα πελατών και εφαρμόζει ενέργειες για τη συνεχή βελτίωση της εμπειρίας φιλοξενίας.
Συντονίζει τη διοργάνωση δεξιώσεων, συνεδρίων και ειδικών εκδηλώσεων.
Συνεργάζεται με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου (Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Finance) για την ομαλή λειτουργία της επιχείρησης.
