- Fluency in Greek and English

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full Talent Acquisition cycle, across various industries and functions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support throughout the hiring process
Support business development activities through market mapping, networking, referrals, social media engagement, and participation in events
Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and industry developments
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies, tools, and client deliverables
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
Experience managing recruitment projects and interacting directly with clients and candidates
Commercial awareness and interest in business development activities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Greek and English
