What you'll do
- Coordinate production shift according to the production schedule
- Monitor staff attendance and manage leaves and staffing needs
- Supervise correct application of quality control procedures
- Record and monitor production reports including raw materials and deviations
- Collaborate with HR and Production departments for smooth unit operation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules

- 6+ years' experience

- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer proficiency

Η Optimal, για λογαριασμό της εταιρείας Ε.Ι. ΠΑΠΑΔΟΠΟΥΛΟΣ Α.Ε., ηγετική και υπερσύγχρονη βιομηχανία μπισκότων και αρτοσκευασμάτων, κατέχοντας ηγετική θέση στην ελληνική αγορά, αναζητά Προϊστάμενο Βάρδιας Παραγωγής για τις εγκαταστάσεις της στον Ταύρο.
Ως Προϊστάμενος Βάρδιας, θα είσαι υπεύθυνος για τον συντονισμό της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία της γραμμής παραγωγής, την τήρηση των προτύπων ποιότητας και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση της ομάδας.
Τι θα κάνεις στην καθημερινότητά σου:
Συντονίζεις τη λειτουργία της βάρδιας σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα παραγωγής
Παρακολουθείς παρουσίες προσωπικού και διαχειρίζεσαι άδειες και ανάγκες στελέχωσης
Επιβλέπεις τη σωστή εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών ποιοτικού ελέγχου
Καταγράφεις και παρακολουθείς reports παραγωγής (πρώτες ύλες, κατανάλωση, αποκλίσεις)
Συνεργάζεσαι με τα τμήματα HR και Παραγωγής για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της μονάδας
Διασφαλίζεις την τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας
Τι ζητάμε από σένα:
Προϋπηρεσία σε βιομηχανικό ή παραγωγικό περιβάλλον (ιδανικά 6+ έτη)
Εμπειρία σε συντονισμό ομάδας θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
Βασική γνώση Excel και χειρισμού Η/Υ
Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα
Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες
