What you'll do
- Contact existing and potential customers and present the company’s products and services

- Make sales and renew contracts using available commercial offers
- Inform customers about available plans, offers, and service benefits
Key requirements
- Telephone sales, Sales, and contract renewals
- Communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Customer needs assessment and customer-centric approach
- Goal orientation and product and service presentation
- Computer literacy, MS Office, Internet browsers, and CRM systems
- English language
