What you'll do
- Visit existing and prospective industrial customers regularly
- Conduct plant audits, lubrication surveys, and equipment and application assessments
- Identify technical needs and new business opportunities with the Sales Team
- Recommend products and technical solutions
- Support product upgrades and competitive conversions
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support
- Manage used oil analysis, trials, and Proof of Performance projects
- Quantify and document maintenance savings, downtime reduction, and equipment performance improvement
- Deliver technical presentations and customer training
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Industrial lubrication solutions, plant audits, and lubrication surveys
- Equipment and application assessments and on-site troubleshooting
- Used oil analysis and Proof of Performance projects
- Technical product recommendations and product upgrades and competitive conversions
- Technical presentations and customer training
- Maintenance savings analysis, downtime reduction analysis, equipment performance improvement, and technical-commercial solution development
- Mechanical Engineering / Marine Engineering / Chemical Engineering
