What you'll do
- Manage projects from initial design through final delivery
- Coordinate contractors and project timelines
- Communicate with clients throughout project delivery
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and quality
- Perform basic design work using AutoCAD
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials for projects
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Technical project management and project coordination
- Construction project management and contractor coordination
- Project scheduling and project cost management
- Quality management and technical requirements management
- AutoCAD and MS Office
- Client relationship management, team leadership, and problem solving
- Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture / Technical or Business Fieldpreferred
