About the job
As a UX Research & Analytics Manager, you’ll be leading UX Research and Digital Analytics functions, generating actionable insights that shape user-centered digital strategies, optimizing customer journeys, and guiding evidence-based decision-making across digital assets, products, and services, all while staying aligned with the regulatory framework.
Your day to day will include:
Defining and executing a unified vision and roadmap for UX Research and Digital Analytics, ensuring alignment with product, design, and business goals
Establishing and governing research and analytics practices, including tools, KPIs, tagging, templates, and reporting standards
Translating user behavior and data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance digital journeys and experiences
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Design, SEO, Digital Business Partners) to embed research and analytics throughout the project lifecycle
Mentoring and supporting team members, fostering technical growth, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with OPAP’s culture and goals
Promoting and advocating a data-informed, user-centric mindset across the organization, while staying up to date with global best practices and innovations
What you need to succeed:
BSc in Business Administration or any other relevant field
8+ years of experience in UX research, digital analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, usability testing, journey mapping, and behavioral analytics
Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear, actionable stories
Experience in building and leading high-performing interdisciplinary teams, with excellent collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail
Fluent in English
