As a UX Product Designer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and design user-centric solutions from ideation to delivery, ensuring designs align with business objectives, user needs, and industry-leading design standards. Your day to day will include:
• Converting business ideas into user experience solutions such as User flows, wireframes, prototypes & designs that lead to intuitive digital experiences
• Designing and developing UX flows and UI components for digital products, platforms, websites, and native environments
• Facilitating the client’s product vision by researching and providing ideas to support products’ digital engagement
• Understanding digital analytics (quantitative) & UX Research (qualitative) data to analyse users’ behavior and propose optimizations
• Monitoring UI/UX effectiveness and practicality, proposing and applying improvements based on the latest market trends and user feedback
• Presenting in detail the UX solutions& proposals by providing all necessary details to all stakeholders
• Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features, while championing new ideas and concepts
• Producing relevant UX specifications and guidelines per user journey, while monitoring and validating adherence to digital brand guidelines across all sites
What you need to succeed:
• BSc in UX Design, Frontend Development or equivalent. MSc is relevant topic is desirable
• 3 + years of experience in UX product design & UI design
• Proven working experience in UX projects with a strong understanding of usability methods and UX research tools
• Hands-on development of digital marketing solutions and digital creative content
• Familiarity in HTML5, CSS & SVG animation languages/tools
• Robust experience in designing interfaces using design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to design. Knowledge of the digital ecosystem, digital functions, and relevant applications
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
• Self-motivated, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Innovative thinking and flexibility/adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages
• Team spirit, customer focus, and results-oriented mentality
