Ready to take Pame Stoixima’s social media presence to the next level? As a Social Media Specialist, you will develop and curate engaging content, manage and grow our social media community, strengthen brand awareness, and contribute to the overall success of the company’s marketing initiatives by driving a strong and consistent social media presence related to Pame Stoixima—focused on sports and betting content!
Your day-to-day will include:
• Implementing the agreed social media strategy across all Pame Stoixima’s games, offers, campaigns, related sponsorships, and initiatives.
• Developing social media materials and managing all required approval processes with relevant authorities. Creating and monitoring the performance of daily social media content—such as creatives, post copy, and notifications—collaborating with external providers where needed.
• Executing social media campaigns for products, sponsorships, and initiatives in collaboration with media partners.
• Supporting the evaluation of communication activities and recommending improvements and corrective actions.
• Preparing reports and translating social media analytics into actionable insights. Collaborating with agencies and internal teams to adapt creative materials for social media use.
• Utilizing social media monitoring tools to assess activity impact and propose optimizations. Reviewing and responding to community comments in line with brand guidelines and communication standards, safeguarding Pame Stoixima’s brand image.
• Contributing to the development of social media tactics and plans aligned with product promotion and brand objectives, with a focus on sports and betting content.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying them to enhance engagement.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of brand messaging.
• Undertaking ad hoc assignments aligned with the role’s scope and personal skills to support evolving business needs.
What you need to succeed:
• BSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Strong knowledge of sports and betting is essential.
• Experience with Canva Pro or similar design tools is a plus.
• Creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
