About the job
As a Sr. UX Researcher, you will design and conduct user research to uncover actionable insights that inform product decisions, enhance digital experiences, and ensure solutions are grounded in real customer needs, while aligning with the strategic direction of digital propositions.
Your day to day will include:
Planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research such as activities, interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies
Synthesizing and communicating research findings into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that inform product design and strategic direction
Collaborating with designers, analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to align research with business goals
Contributing to journey mapping, persona development, and experience evaluation with a strong understanding of user behaviors and motivations
Advocating for user-centered designs by championing research-based decisions across teams and initiatives
Supporting standardized research methods, templates, and repositories
Staying informed of best practices in UX research and continuously seeking ways to improve methods and impact
What you need to succeed:
4+ years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or behavioral research
Strong command of a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience conducting research across the full product lifecycle—from discovery to validation
Skilled in tools such as User Testing, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or equivalent
Excellent communication, presentations and storytelling skills—able to convey complex findings clearly to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Fluent in Greek, English
