Step into an essential role as Personal Assistant, providing seamless support to ensure everything runs effortlessly! From managing a busy schedule to coordinating with key contacts, you’ll ensure that everything clicks into place smoothly. You’ll be the expert behind the scenes, anticipating needs and solving problems with precision. With your organizational skills and proactive approach, you’ll help ensure the day flows seamlessly and operates at its best!

 

Your day to day will include:

•   Acting as the first point of contact, managing communications for internal or external contacts

•   Managing calendar, organizing meetings, and handling access to the Chief

•   Maintaining and updating team archives

•   Preparing reports and presentations as requested by the Chief

•   Arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for the Chief's trips

•   Participating in meetings and keeping minutes 

•   Handling administrative tasks such as logging activities, trips, expenses etc.

•   Organizing logistics for events or conferences, including agenda, invitations, and venue arrangements

 

What you need to succeed: 

•   BSc or MSc in Business Administration or any other relevant field

•   Minimum of 4 years' experience in a relevant personal assistant or administrative role

•   Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and discretion

•   Excellent organizational and presentation skills

•   Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

•   Solid multitasking skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

•   Fluent in Greek, English

•   Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
