About the job
As an Online Operations Associate, you'll help handle and improve our daily online operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers have a great experience. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, boosting customer satisfaction, and making sure we stay on track with all the necessary regulations!
Your day to day will include:
Creating and updating operational processes for online products to meet customer satisfaction, compliance, and legal standards
Streamlining verification workflows, identifying areas for further improvement.
Tracking the execution of campaigns and communication plans to enhance customer awareness
Collaborating with internal teams to implement new online features, including payment methods, verification processes etc.
Reviewing KYC background checks for new registrations, speeding up the verification process while ensuring compliance with regulations
Monitoring competition in online gaming operations and verification processes
Monitoring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects and reporting on production/UAT incidents to ensure timely resolution with minimal impact on operations
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the gaming industry
Knowledge of trends in sports betting, casino, and lotteries is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting customer relationships
Critical thinking abilities, with quick decision-making skills in real-time situations
Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
