About the job
Build impactful partnerships and steer a cutting-edge game portfolio roadmap that not only meets business and regulatory expectations but also anticipates and rides the next wave of market trends!
Your day to day will include:
Implement and monitor the games release plan in alignment with business objectives
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of new releases
Analyze competition to identify gaps and opportunities in the current portfolio
Provide data insights to optimize portfolio and vendor strategy
Recommend game additions or adjustments to meet market and player demands
Optimize game lobby structure for improved user experience and engagement
Manage categorization, positioning, and promotional visibility of games
Analyze performance data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and optimize game performance
Oversee functional and compliance testing of new games
Monitor vendor performance and resolve operational issues
What you need to succeed:
BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field.
MSc in relevant topic will be considered a plus
1+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of marketing and product promotion techniques
Very good communication and presentation skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Business acumen with customer centric mentality and creativity
Results and achievement-oriented mindset
Teamwork attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Adaptability and flexibility to dynamically changing requirements and demands
