So what’s the challenge…

As a Media Communications Expert you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing OPAP's media strategy & plan for the Brand, Product Campaigns or other initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and regulatory standards.

Your day to day will include:

•   Designing and assuring the implementation of media strategy that align with Company’s marketing objectives and target audiences.

•   Overviewing the planning, execution, and optimization of comprehensive media plans across various media channels, including digital, TV, Print , Radio.

•   Overviewing & submitting campaign documents to the regulatory Committee.

•   Working closely with Press Office/PR team to promote dedicated content and product initiatives.

•   Managing media budgets allocated to products/campaigns ensuring cost-effective allocation and maximizing ROI.

•   Building relationships with media representatives and negotiating with Media Agencies.

•   Reviewing monthly data from Media Agency and preparing summary reports

•   Preparing regular reports on campaign performance, media spend, and other key metrics for senior management

•   Analyzing competitive media activities and proposing action plans.

•   Monitoring pricing and media commitments per contract with Media Agency; collaborating with Auditing Agency to review metrics and ensure performance.

•   Providing technical expertise & guidance to achieve goals and improve operational performance.

What you need to succeed: 

•   BSc in Communication, Marketing or any other relevant field

•   8+ years of hands-on experience in a Media Agency 

•   Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

•   Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

•   Excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
