About the job

As a Mechanical Engineer – Building Systems & Facilities , you will take on the challenge of delivering complex electromechanical projects across large-scale corporate office environments. From design and compliance to construction supervision and ESG-driven initiatives, you will play a key role in shaping efficient, sustainable, and fully compliant building infrastructure.

 

What your day to day will include:

  • Designing and delivering electromechanical projects within HQ premises

  • Preparing technical presentations including design proposals, budgeting, and ROI analysis

  • Incorporating ESG initiatives into project designs, with a focus on CO₂ emissions reduction and sustainability improvements

  • Reviewing and analyzing design plans to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and technical standards

  • Preparing technical specifications and tender documentation in line with Greek regulatory requirements

  • Collaborating with Procurement teams to define RFP requirements and technical specifications

  • Working closely with Legal teams to support contract preparation and ensure compliance requirements are met

  • Supervising the construction and implementation of electromechanical and fire protection installations

  • Liaising with Fire Brigade authorities and handling all related approvals and compliance processes

 

What you’ll bring:

  • BSc Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree will be considered an asset

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in large-scale office or corporate building environments

  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of electromechanical building installations

  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, fire protection regulations, and the applicable legal and regulatory framework

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English, written and verbal
