About the job

As an In Store Communications Specialist, you'll revolutionize in-store experiences with cutting-edge digital & physical tools while also interactive solutions to captivate customers and elevate store performance. Dive into the dynamic world of our Retail Network, driving impactful product launches and engaging promotions!

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to create effective marketing plans and materials
  • Assisting with in-store marketing initiatives to enhance market presence and attract customers
  • Supporting the development and communication of briefs with advertising agencies
  • Creating reports on the impact of in-store activations on retail KPIs
  • Executing immersive events and experiences to increase customer engagement
  • Communicating daily with merchandising agencies to manage related tasks and follow-ups
  • Organizing event plans, coordinating with relevant teams, and handling budget and invoicing
  • Working closely with marketing teams to plan, produce, and manage POP materials


What you need to succeed: 

  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years in Communications/Marketing/Retail Marketing
  • Sound knowledge of marketing operations and standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Creative and skilled in high-quality digital material development
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in highly matrixed or complex organizations a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
