About the job

Your day to day will include:

  • Contributing to the development of the Employer Branding Strategy by understanding HR policies and strategic priorities 
  • Planning and overseeing the execution of the approved Employer Brand Roadmap 
  • Acting as an ambassador for OPAP's employer brand, utilizing various channels (social media, job boards, conferences, career fairs etc.) to attract and retain talented candidates
  • Engaging employees around employer branding activations and creating ambassadors of Opap EVP
  • Ensuring consistent and high-quality communication material across all platforms and evaluating
  • the effectiveness of channels such as social media and career sites
  • Tracking and reporting the effectiveness of employer branding activities and improves efficiency based on specific kpis through campaigns, content, and events 
  • Staying up to date with market trends and proposing and implementing new ways to activate Employee Value Proposition (EVP) both internally and externally
  • Creating impactful content promoting the company's EVP to engage different groups, such as candidates, employees, alumni, partners and media
  • Collaborating with Opap Communication teams and external agencies for marketing material development and execution of promotional activities
  • Managing relationships with educational institutions and professional communities for candidate sourcing and participates in job fairs to promote OPAP's employer brand
  • Collaborating close with Talent Acquisition on candidate experience projects and takes on ad-hoc assignments related to the job's content and personal skills 

 


What you need to succeed: 

  • BSc in Marketing/Communication/Business Administration/Human Resource Management
  • MSc in relevant field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in relevant position 
  • Very good knowledge of communication tactics, and marketing activities
  • Excellent knowledge of employer branding strategies, plans, trends and respective communication channels
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility with stakeholders
  • Exposure in communication through digital and social media platforms and events management 
  • Exposure in HR processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and good project management skills
  • Teamwork and cooperation
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • People oriented and results driven professional
  • Strong communication and presentation skills on both Greek and English language 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office & HR Applications (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
