As Employer Branding Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the company’s employer branding strategy in alignment with Group objectives. You will ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence that reflects our values, resonates with talent, and strengthens our employer brand across all touchpoints and communication channels.
Your day to day will include:
• Designing and executing the employer branding strategy in alignment with Group objectives, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels
• Promoting OPAP’s employer brand by planning and implementing effective tactics, tools, and initiatives
• Developing and embedding a compelling EVP into all communication and HR processes (talent attraction, onboarding, internal communications, social media).
• Leading employer branding campaigns (digital and offline), including partnerships with media outlets, job boards, universities, and recruitment events to boost awareness and engagement
• Creating content (social media, blogs, interviews, videos, natives) that reflects company values and employee experience
• Managing employer branding assets (career page, LinkedIn Life page, etc.), ensuring timely updates and improved usability
• Monitoring market trends, brand perception, and campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights
• Supporting the strategy and execution of internship and graduate programs, including content creation to connect with the new generation of talent
• Supporting and developing team members, while fostering alignment and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
What you need to succeed:
• MSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or Human Resource Management
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, communication or employer branding techniques in large complex organizations
• Proven track record in developing and evolving employer brand strategies
• Strong project management skills with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Proficient in employer branding tools, marketing platforms, and social media channels
• Familiarity with HR processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of the Business operations and roles
• Teamwork and cooperation skills with ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of individuals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights and influence business decisions
• People management experience is considered essential
