Join the Digital Experiences Team as Product Owner, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our digital assets. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-impact features.
Your day to day will include:
Receiving business requests and priorities, translating them into functional and technical specifications (SoW), and producing detailed project plans
Acting as the liaison between business owners, analysts, and developers to clarify requirements and resolve misalignments
Managing project progress, ensuring timely delivery, testing, and deployment while offering technical insight and clarifications
Refining and communicating the Product Backlog using Scrum principles to align and synergize diverse business needs
Segmenting and prioritizing Product Backlog Items, setting milestones to ensure timely and efficient delivery
Notifying stakeholders of scope or quality risks, such as missing functionality or unspecified SLAs, within project documentation
Monitoring the operational efficiency and lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, identifying risks, coordinating escalation and maintenance, and routing agreed improvements
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams, PMO, and vendors to enhance communication, identify dependencies, and resolve conflicts
Designing efficient applications in cooperation with development teams, aligned with selected methodologies and business goals
What you need to succeed:
BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent STEM. MSc in relevant topic
3+ years of experience in digital product development for a digital savvy & product-driven company, in functional or technical analysis
Sound knowledge of the digital ecosystem, digital functions, and relevant applications
Experience in project managements tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
Experience in negotiating with suppliers and business teams and in the software development lifecycle
Hands-on experience in configuration processes of low-code tools/environments
Very good presentation, communication and conflict resolution skills
Excellent project management abilities
Hands-on experience with the agile methodology
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to understand all layers of a product (business, application, infrastructure and network)
