Join our Digital & AI Team as Digital Analytics Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, monitoring, and evaluating the performance of all our digital assets, including websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. Your insights will play a key role in assessing how well our digital channels support business goals, and in delivering actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user engagement across the organization.

Your day to day will include:

• Translating business requirements into measurable KPIs and designing automated dashboards, user journey funnels, and traffic heatmaps for efficient monitoring

• Collaborating with BI & Business Analytics teams to define and develop datamarts per digital asset

• Analyzing digital data to evaluate performance, uncovering insights to enhance engagement, effectiveness, and growth

• Designing impactful visualizations and reports using self-service tools like Power BI and Tableau

• Combining quantitative and qualitative metrics (e.g., heatmaps, clickmaps) to deliver actionable insights

• Coordinating A/B testing processes to optimize user journeys and validate design efficiency

• Sharing knowledge and aligning efforts with Digital, Product, Online, Retail, Marketing, and BI teams

• Monitoring and reporting on key engagement metrics (navigation, retention, conversion), recommending improvements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital analytics with business goals

• Supporting action plans to boost engagement and retention across websites, mobile apps, and IoT platforms

• Ensuring compliance with data privacy, customer information regulations and regulatory requirements

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in digital analytics and engagement, in data driven organizations

• Sound knowledge of the digital ecosystem, digital functions and relevant applications

• Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, and Mixpanel

• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in the gaming industry would be a plus
