About the job

As a Communications Manager, you will oversee the execution of the approved communications strategy across a diverse range of channels. You’ll ensure a unified brand voice and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints, enhancing the overall customer experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining brand integrity while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

 

Your day to day will include:

 

  • Supporting the development of OPAP’s communication strategy for assigned brands and experiences, aiming to boost customer engagement and loyalty across retail and digital channels.

  • Overseeing the smooth execution of communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social), ensuring they meet project plans, budgets, and business goals, and suggests improvements when needed.

  • Coordinating the creation of impactful marketing materials that support business priorities and attract customers.

  • Working closely with advertising agencies to deliver campaign content that aligns with brand goals, target audiences, and the overall communication strategy.

  • Reviewing agency outputs to ensure they meet brand guidelines before launching in the market, in collaboration with the Retail Team.

  • Ensuring all communication activities follow regulatory requirements and receive necessary approvals.

  • Collaborating with the Retail Team and other stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts and customer interactions are consistent and aligned.

  • Supporting campaign budget management, working with the Retail Team and stakeholders to use resources effectively.

  • Tracking campaign performance through key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions, and provides insights to improve future campaigns.

  • Leading and supports team members, helping them grow their skills and achieve their goals.

 

What you need to succeed:

 

  • BSc in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant field; Master's degree will be considered an asset

  • 8+ years of relevant hands-on in retail marketing / communication roles within a consumer-oriented organization

  • Strong hands-on experience in managing ATL, Digital and BTL marketing activities

  • Sound knowledge of marketing operations and standards

  • Hands-on experience in executing marketing activities

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
