About the job
Are you ready to shape impactful communication for our retail network? As a Commercial Portal Content Editor, in designing and delivering innovative digital learning content while enhancing our retail communication platforms. You’ll ensure our retail network is empowered with timely updates, engaging learning resources, and impactful messages that align with our business goals.
Your day to day will include:
- Designing and developing engaging digital learning content (e.g., digital modules, videos, interactive guides) for building effective, empathetic, and constructive connections with partners
- Analyzing business and network communication needs to develop a strategic communication plan for enhanced effectiveness
- Collaborating with OPAP teams to develop impactful communication materials, such as announcements, key messages, and informational memos, that align with the company’s image and objectives
- Supporting the Sales Team in delivering key messages to the Network efficiently and on time
- Gathering and analyzing feedback from the network to provide actionable insights that enhance partner satisfaction
- Continuously refining communication strategies to support business goals and strengthen partner relationships
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in communication, content editing, or digital learning development
- Familiarity with content management systems, intranet platforms, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Experience with Illustrator/Photoshop or video editing tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Conceptual thinking
- Problem solving and flexibility
- Achievement orientation
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Excellent use of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good communication and presentation skills in Greek and English languages (oral & written)
