About your future role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic IT Program Manager to lead a transformational, high-impact program that is central to our organization’s future success. You will oversee the program’s implementation while ensuring budget control, cost efficiency, and effective resource management.

 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Transformational Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a strategic transformation program, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and priorities.
  • Collaboration Across Leadership: Work closely with the Head of Transformation Office, the Head of IT PMO, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of goals.
  • Budget and Financial Oversight: Take responsibility for the financial aspects of the program, including monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of contact for senior leadership, program teams, and external partners, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective communication.
  • Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program, monitor progress, and ensure timely and quality delivery of outcomes.
  • Risk and Change Management: Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, and manage change initiatives effectively to minimize disruptions.
  • Resource Optimization: Coordinate with PMO and other teams to ensure appropriate allocation of resources and alignment with capacity planning strategies.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and best practices, driving consistency and accountability across the program.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role, managing transformational, enterprise-level programs.
  • Strong expertise in budget management, financial oversight, and cost control within complex programs.
  • Deep understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing relationships with multiple senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage risk, change, and uncertainty in large-scale initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certifications).
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
