About the job

For our operations in Greece, we are currently looking for a Contact Center Officer – Disputes & Fraud Officer with experience in the Card Payments industry to join our Customer Operations department.


About Your Future Role


Your key responsibilities in this role will be: 

  • Identify fraudulent transactions and take appropriate actions. 

  • Contact affiliated Establishments via phone or email to verify the authenticity of transactions made. 

  • Work closely and cooperate with Fraud Manager for mitigating fraud happened in affiliated establishments of Nexi GR.

  • Screen suspicious transactions accurately and in a timely manner using the fraud systems, tools and reports

Essential Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or IEK (Higher/Higher Education degree desirable)

  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients 

  • Data driven thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills 

  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information 

  • Good command of the English language & Experience with MS office

  • Availability to work on 24/7/365 schedule, based on pre-arranged shifts

  • Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail 

  • Previous work experience as a Fraud Analyst will be considered a plus 

Other skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate various stakeholders and work within teams 

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills to discuss, investigate and understanding of statements and reports 

  • Able to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects 

  • Results oriented, problem solver able to work under pressure and deliver within set deadlines
