About the job
For our operations in Greece, we are currently looking for a Contact Center Officer – Disputes & Fraud Officer with experience in the Card Payments industry to join our Customer Operations department.
About Your Future Role
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Identify fraudulent transactions and take appropriate actions.
Contact affiliated Establishments via phone or email to verify the authenticity of transactions made.
Work closely and cooperate with Fraud Manager for mitigating fraud happened in affiliated establishments of Nexi GR.
Screen suspicious transactions accurately and in a timely manner using the fraud systems, tools and reports

Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or IEK (Higher/Higher Education degree desirable)
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients
Data driven thinking along with strong critical, analytical and investigation skills
Discretion in dealing with confidential information
Good command of the English language & Experience with MS office
Availability to work on 24/7/365 schedule, based on pre-arranged shifts.
Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and pay attention to detail
Previous work experience as a Fraud Analyst will be considered a plus
Other skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate various stakeholders and work within teams
Very good verbal and written communication skills to discuss, investigate and understanding of statements and reports
Able to prioritize and work simultaneously on multiple projects
Results oriented, problem solver able to work under pressure and deliver within set deadlines
