About the job
As a Client Service Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Krioneri.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
Managing the entire lifecycle of Change Requests under his/her responsibility
Managing relations with the customer for problems concerning the service trend
Providing support in addressing the maintenance needs for the company’s services or the customer, managing relations/communication with the customer
Managing relations with the customer for evolutionary and corrective maintenance activities
Management of customer relations in the event of an incident escalation
Managing complaints received from customers
Managing reimbursements and penalties
Managing responses to customer requests
Verifying the progress status of open problem tickets to provide feedback to the customer, where necessary
Managing technical committee meetings with customers to analyze the trend of service levels and discuss the progress status of requests
Providing support to the audit process initiated by customers, in collaboration with the departments involved
Providing support to the Account Management office in preparing offers
Providing support in defining the methods of managing customers in terms of technical committees, work progress meetings, acceptance tests, etc.

Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the banking or payment sector would be considered as an advantage
Project Management experience especially in managing software related projects. A relevant certification would be considered as a plus.
Good understanding of IT systems
Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent communication and organizational maneuvering skillset.
Strong collaborative skills with customers, vendors and internally.
Good to Have Skills:
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, presentation and organizational skills
Strong customer orientation
Problem-solving attitude, with strong adaptability skills.
Ability to multitask and fast shift priorities if needed.
Ability to work under minimum supervision upon assigned tasks
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision using contractual agreements and company policies and procedures as guidelines
Must be able to determine root cause and resolution of issues in a timely manner
