About the job
Newrest is seeking young professionals and recent graduates to join a structured Graduate Program, based at the company’s headquarters in Athens, located within the airport facilities.
The program aims to actively involve participants in the modernization of production, quality, and logistics processes, as well as in the introduction of new technologies, automation, and robotic solutions in production environments.
Role Purpose
Participants will be trained in modern operational processes and will actively contribute to their effective implementation. They will support production teams, train colleagues, monitor compliance with procedures, and manage data entry, enabling the adoption of new workflows.

Profile
Required Qualifications
University degree in:
Production / Industrial Engineering or related fields
Food Safety / Food Science
Logistics / Supply Chain Management
Other academic backgrounds will also be considered with strong analytical thinking
Up to 1–3 years of relevant professional experience (preferred but not mandatory)
