The Network Security Solutions Manager’s responsibilities include offering technical architectural expertise in design, implementation and support of network and security services, managing a team of technical staff, overseeing resource management and development of staff.

Main Responsibilities:

Network Security Design and Implementation: 

·       Oversee Design and implementation of network and security solutions. 

·       Ensure best practices are followed across customer projects. 

·       Command of technologies like MPLS, ACI, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, MANO, FW, NAC, Wireless, DC infra, Virtualization, Security.

Customer Support and Operations: 

·       Optimize processes for customer operations.

·       Orchestrate escalated Customer Incidents thus ensuring SLAs.

·       Manage Service Requests that require implementation 

·       Manage Change Requests that require design and implementation 

·       Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis towards implementing corrective measures to prevent future incidents. 

Technical Expertise and Continuous Improvement: 

·       Stay updated with the latest network and security trends, threats, and technologies. 

Other required Skills:

·        Exceptional time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Experience in procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management.

·        Proven skills in people management.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

·        Lead, mentor, and develop team members. 

·        Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely technical project completion. 

·        P&L management of projects.

What we are looking for:

·       At least 10 years of work experience in network architecture, design, Implementation, support (Routing, Switching, FW, DC) in a large organization (SP or Enterprise) or business environment with extensive campus network.

·       At least 7 years of work experience in solutions from manufacturers such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet or Palo Alto.

·       At least 2 years of people management experience

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering).

·       CCIE (R&S, DC, Security) or equivalent certifications from other manufacturers (Juniper, Fortinet), with corresponding experience in an integrator or telecommunications provider required.

·       Current strong technical expertise with Cisco/Juniper/ Fortinet is required.

·       Cloud/Hybrid infrastructure experience is desirable.
