What you'll do
- Execute order picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch activities

Key requirements

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. A day in the life

Receive incoming goods and perform quantity and quality verification checks.
Ensure accurate registration of goods and transactions within company systems.
Maintain proper storage and organization of products according to warehouse standards and best practices
Prepare shipping documentation, including e-delivery notes, and coordinate product shipments.
Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders regarding shipment schedules, delays, or issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
What makes you successful
High School Diploma. Additional education or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations will be considered an asset.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory management operations.
Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or similar ERP systems is considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
