About the job
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving both qualitative and quantitative business objectives within your assigned territory in Patra. You will build strong relationships with customers, ensure effective execution at store level, and contribute to the growth of Nestlé’s presence in the market.
A day in the life...
Implement and monitor the monthly sales plan at customer level, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Manage assortment and product availability at store level to maximize visibility and sales performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted partner in the assigned area
Monitor market trends and identify competitive promotional activities, providing relevant feedback
Ensure effective execution of commercial plans in collaboration with internal teams
What makes you successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Postgraduate studies (e.g. Marketing or MBA) will be considered a plus
Previous experience in a commercial or sales role will be considered an asset
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
Good level of PC literacy (MS Office tools)
Fluency in Greek and English
Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage
Valid driving license and willingness to travel
