About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our dynamic team and contribute to initiatives in Manufacturing.
You will work alongside Senior Managers of the Factory, taking on tasks in the area of Manufacturing while leveraging digital tools and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
Adaptability, prioritization, organization, and time management remain critical, combined with a strong interest in digital transformation.
A day in the life
Lead continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities and ensuring effectiveness.
Lead data analysis, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization projects.
Generate and issue instructions to factory shop floor and facilitate execution.
Participate in Daily Operational Reviews and Production Reviews.
What makes you successful
University Degree in Engineering or Food Technology.
1-2 years of working experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Fluency in Greek & English.
Strong digital mindset and ability to work with digital tools for manufacturing optimization.
Experience with Business Analytics (i.e. MS Power Platform) is considered a significant plus.
Computer literacy – including PowerBI, MS-Office.
SAP knowledge would be a plus.
Driving License is required.
