The Manager of Medical Affairs and Market Access is a strategic cross-functional leader responsible for aligning scientific evidence, market access strategy, and medical marketing initiatives. This role ensures that clinical and economic data are translated into compelling value propositions that drive product credibility, stakeholder engagement, and patient access across the NHSc portfolio.

A day in the life...
Medical Affairs Leadership

• Develop and execute scientific communication strategies aligned with brand and regulatory standards.

• Lead real-world evidence (RWE) generation, clinical trials, and publication planning.

• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and academic institutions.

Market Access Strategy

• Design and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies to maximize patient access.

• Develop compelling value propositions using health economics and outcomes research.

• Collaborate with payers, government bodies, and policy influencers to support product inclusion.

Medical Marketing Leadership

• Lead the medical marketing strategy execution in alignment with commercial & Marketing and medical objectives.

• Translate scientific insights into impactful marketing campaigns and educational content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across channels.

• Partner with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Vigilance, and Marketing to align messaging and execution.
  

What will make you successful

• Strong scientific background in nutrition, clinical research, or life sciences.

• Proven experience in health economics, pricing, reimbursement, and medical marketing.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills.

• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and campaigns.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in healthcare.
