fp&a controlling & reporting manager

As a FP&A Controlling & Reporting Manager, you will oversee Decision Support and Control activities within Nestlé Greece. This role focuses on producing timely and accurate management reporting and analysis while ensuring effective coordination with Finance business partners. You will manage market overhead expenses in line with Group Standards and serve as the finance support partner for the HR Function.

A day in the life…

• Manage a team of 2 people, supervising the Internal Reporting as well as the Controlling of all functions
• Provide full transparency on main business KPIs across the entire Nestlé organization by establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly financial and non-financial reports for local management and the Group
• Oversee Period-end Closing & Reporting, ensuring alignment of all controlling teams on management accounting procedures and timelines, while ensuring full compliance of internal Management Reporting against Nestlé Accounting & Costing Standards
• Provide MOGE support to other corporate functions without Co-Pilot (e.g., Legal, Communications, IT, General Management) where applicable
• Orchestrate the budgeting process for Cost Centers (Salaries & G/L) and Headcounts, supporting HR Business Partners in performing simulations, and assisting Cost Center Owners in managing primary costs to identify efficiency opportunities
• Collaborate with the HR team to drive and control employee-related savings initiatives, supporting in assessing the financial impact of HR policies and in preparing relevant financial reports and KPIs

What makes you successful

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven experience in functional controlling (HR, PFME, IS/IT)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
