What you'll do
- Create unique coffee experiences for each customer using professional knowledge and a friendly smile
- Dedicate yourself to customer needs by helping them make the best choices for coffee and coffee machines
- Promote additional coffee products and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- Share knowledge about coffee origins, varieties, and brewing processes
- Participate in trainings and events to enhance your skills and promote the company image
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Customer Service experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Communication Skills in Greek and English
- Initiative and honesty
- Attention to Detail
- Problem Solving
- Any Fieldpreferred

- Μετάδοση των γνώσεων σου σχετικά με την προέλευση, τις ποικιλίες και τη διαδικασία παρασκευής καφέ.
- Συμμετοχή σε εκπαιδεύσεις και εκδηλώσεις για την ενίσχυση των γνώσεων σου και την προώθηση της εταιρικής εικόνας.
Τι σε κάνει ιδανικό υποψήφιο για το ρόλο;
- 2-3 χρόνια εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
- Επιθυμητό πτυχίο ή δίπλωμα σχολής.
- Καλή γνώση του Microsoft Office.
- Εξαιρετική επικοινωνιακή δεξιότητα στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα.
- Πρωτοβουλία, εντιμότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
- Ικανότητα αναγνώρισης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
- Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει κυλιόμενες βάρδιες και εργασία τα Σάββατα.
