What you'll do
- Create a unique experience for each customer using your knowledge and friendly attitude
- Dedicate attention to customers' needs helping them choose the best coffee and machines
- Promote additional products and accessories to enhance the coffee experience
- Share knowledge about coffee origin, varieties, and brewing process
- Participate in trainings and events to advance your knowledge and promote the company image
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Customer Service experience
- Communication Skills in Greek and English
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Initiative and honesty
- Attention to Detail
- Problem Solving
- Any Fieldpreferred
