• Welcome guests by providing friendly, efficient and courteous service.
• Provide Spa services (body treatments, massages, facials) in accordance with the hotel’s standards, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Promoting the Spa and implementing promotional activities.
• Spa reservations and service planning management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations within the treatment rooms.

What’s Needed

• Degree in Aesthetics or Physiotherapy
• Previous work experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of the English language
