Key Responsibilities
Curate, maintain, and update the wine and beverage list to ensure high quality and variety.
Recommend wine pairings to guests based on menu selections and individual preferences.
Conduct wine tastings and presentations for guests, staff, and events.
Manage wine inventory, including ordering, storage, and rotation to minimize waste.
Train and educate the F&B team on wine knowledge, service standards, and pairings.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards in the handling of wines and beverages.
Collaborate with chefs and the F&B management team to develop seasonal pairings and special offerings.
Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests, anticipating needs and enhancing their dining experience.
