Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.

• Develop new recipes and menu items, ensuring quality and presentation of all items.

• Oversee and manage the pastry kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.

• Train and supervise junior pastry staff and kitchen assistants.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.

• Degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.

• Excellent knowledge of pastry and baking techniques.
